Our Repair Service can install parts, troubleshoot & fix most typical hardware related problems. We do not specialize in virus removal, OS installations, or data recovery. Common repairs include: DC Jack Repair, Motherboard Replacement, Power Supply Replacement, Component Level Notebook repair (ex. replace broken dc power jack on motherboard), CPU & Memory upgrades, & LCD replacement.

- Diagnostic fee should you decide not to repair your computer - $49.00 plus shipping.
(Diagnostic fee is included in your labor charge if we do the repair.)
- Laptop system board replacement - $99.00 plus cost of part(s).
- DC jack repair for laptop - $99.00 plus cost of part(s).
- Laptop LCD replacement - $79.00 plus cost of part(s).
- Desktop Motherboard replacement - $79.00 plus cost of part(s).
- Desktop Power Supply replacement - $49.00 plus cost of part(s).

Other Notes:
- Turn around time is on average 1-3 business days. Does not include transit time.
- Original packaging is recommended. If not available, use packaging that is rated for shipping your computer. We recommend taking your computer to a local shipping center and have it packaged and boxed to prevent damage.
- DO NOT use packaging "peanuts" unless your machine is sealed in plastic. The "peanuts" tend to get inside components if in contact directly. This can cause harm to your machine.
- Skyline-eng.com is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items shipped to us. If damage occurs in shipping from poor shipping containers, the cost of replacement parts is the customer's responsibility.
- We will insure proper packaging and boxes are used for all items shipping back to the customer. Shipping costs are the customers expense and will be added to the repair order.
